Center for Inclusive Excellence

Center for Inclusive Excellence Home Main Content

The Center for Inclusive Excellence opened its doors in July 2012. As the student population has become more diverse and the increased enrollment reflects this diversity at SIUC, the Center for Inclusive Excellence serves as a catalyst for inclusion, diversity and innovation. We have resources and expertise on diverse issues. The Center works to bring together the Black Resource Center, Hispanic Resource Center and LGBTQ Resource Center to facilitate student and professional development through numerous academic and non-academic programming for the increased ability to appreciate, value, respect and connect with multiple and diverse cultures now and into the future. We look to foster an environment where all campus members are respected and welcomed. As the Center continues its work, we are here to ensure that you think, grow and succeed. We welcome you and invite you to explore our website. We encourage you to stop by the Center, located in Woody Hall C Wing, to see the resources available and discover ways you can get involved on the campus. Come visit us.
